You will find everything you need in town within a few minutes' walk and you can explore the area by bike. Or go for a swim directly. In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

In this cozy accommodation for 2 - 4 people you will certainly feel very comfortable. The 55 sqm will be furnished with many individual details. We are still in the process of renovation, photos of the interior will follow. It is possible to have a completely secluded holiday or to seek encounters with the guests of the 3 glamping tents. I offer weekly hikes, herbal workshops and campfire cooking. If you want, you can garden with me barefoot... (it's an experience) ;-D

The cozy, small vacation home impresses with its location in the front row, which allows the view of the Long Lake with its fantastic, romantic mood pictures. The house with the approx. 42 m² is for max. 3 people, and invites you to enjoy and rest with the terrace with seating. The sunbathing lawn, jetty, barbecue area and a campfire area as well as a small playground complete the ensemble. The lake with its abundance of fish is a must for all anglers.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This small but exquisite bungalow (in a bungalow settlement) offers everything a person needs for relaxation. Guests are initially irritated by the tranquility. An unobstructed view of the lake from the terrace and from the inside will make nature lovers swoon. A hiking trail to the north or the Madonnenweg starts directly from the bungalow. For ornithologists, the bungalow is a small paradise in autumn.

Country house on Lake Priepert (vacation home)

Our vacation home is located on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. Spacious sunbathing and meadow areas offer ample space for a variety of recreation; also ideal for families. Pets are also welcome. Additional info: In summer, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday

Small blue bungalow & jetty

A cozy & comfortable bungalow close to the Schwarzer See forms a star with two other bungalows. It is beautifully & individually decorated, the fireplace and the large glass sliding doors make it special. In the seating area you are in the first row, no houses in front of you, and you can see the lake about 150 m away. In a few minutes you will be down at the jetty or at the swimming area. I think there's the most beautiful starry sky here.

Our inexpensive cozy bungalow with terrace invites you to enjoy nice barbecues. A kitchen with electric stove, microwave and a bathroom with shower are also available. The living space is about 25 m² and is divided into 1 living room and 1 bedroom as well as kitchen & bathroom. In the immediate vicinity is a 1000 m² meadow which is ideal for various ball games or other activities. We can also offer you boat and bike rentals.

A house in the middle of nowhere. Peace, views and lots of water around. The right house for a weekend or a week in the countryside. For families and couples, the cut is ideal, for friends rather less. Large (55 sqm) studio with three beds, kitchen and fireplace. Huge (4,000 sqm) garden, the Havel and an infinite number of clay pits for swimming or fishing in the immediate vicinity. Attention: This is not a party location.
