The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

As the oldest house in the city, the Nun House was built around 1400 and is one of the highlights of the old town. Until 1800, the nunnery was part of the Rottenburg monastery and was inhabited by nuns. Less than 50 m to the bus stop, 100 m to the supermarket. Right next to St. Moriz church in downtown Rottenburg.

Hi everyone! We have a beautiful semi-basement apartment for rent. All rooms have daylight. The apartment is in the center of Bierlingen, so some things are within walking distance (pharmacy, Sparkasse, Volksbank, town hall, butcher, bakery, as well as Netto). We offer the apartment fully furnished and equipped. A washing machine/tumble dryer is also available and as good as new. Fresh towels can be found in the closet next to the washing machine.
