Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Die FrankenFeWo liegt zentral im Naturpark Frankenhöhe in Neusitz, ca. 2 km von der mittelalterlichen Reichsstadt Rothenburg o. d. T. entfernt. Die beiden Ferienwohnungen wurden 2017 vollständig renoviert, neu und modern eingerichtet, mit Grillplatz im Garten. Check-In nach 21:00 Uhr durch Schlüsselsafe jederzeit möglich. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Whether trade fair, downtown, Christmas market or train station. In a maximum of 20 minutes you can reach your destination by Bus or S-Bahn. If you need relaxation, walk or jog, you will find a lot of nature right at your doorstep.

The apartment is located directly on the edge of the old town and thus everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical hall). The market square (known from the open-air games Schwäbisch Hall) and the Michaelskirche are only a few minutes' walk away. You can almost walk down the stairs and you're there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with its own access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.
