Modern oil heating, hot water through solar systems. Wi-Fi. In the bedroom facing east, you can see the sunrise on the horizon. From the kitchen window above the terrace you can see west into the sunset. The huge garden with 1500 sqm and old trees is a jungle for children to play hide and seek. Non-smokers only please. No pets please.

From Neustadt you can take the train to the historic city of Regensburg in 40 minutes. Shops can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s.
