Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Simplify your life in this peaceful home The accommodation includes a separate entrance to a house that gives you access to a bedroom, a bathroom and a sports area. In the bedroom you have a dining area and the possibility of reheating your dishes thanks to the microwave and cutlery. However, there is no equipped kitchen or water point apart from the bathroom. Quiet, cozy cottage with pool.

If you like calm, tranquility and nature, our cottage is for you. We do our best to make your stay pleasant with the pool which is private to the cottage and accessible in summer from 10am to 7pm. We are close to Brioude with its magnificent basilica and painting exhibitions, 2 km from the highway with access in 45 minutes to the Cantal mountains or to the Auvergne volcano range, the Puy de Dôme. As well as 1 hour from Puy-en-Velay.

The house is located in the very quiet village of Mandailles, at the foot of the large Puy Mary site. Summer: The Pleine Nature Station offers plenty of activities. 15 minutes from Lac des Graves. Starting point for GR 400 hikes. Winter: skis, snowshoes. 18 km from Lioran ski resort (if the road is cleared of snow). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves, nearby shops, hotels, restaurants, grocery store, bakery.
