Close to the city center, minutes from the beach resorts of Neusiedl & Weiden (5 min by car, 30 min walk) - this dreamy apartment is a good starting point for many excursion destinations in northern Burgenland. The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

Small tiny house with everything you need. Nevertheless, the existing resources should be handled carefully! Bathroom with 50 l hot water boiler and incineration toilet. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, small oven, 2 hotplates, kettle, coffee maker. Bedroom with loft bed /160 cm wide. Including large storage space. Combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed for 1 person. Private access/parking. Garden unfinished and in progress but no noise. In case of any questions, we are always happy to help.

Apartment is super quite. You can enjoy your drinks on a balcony overlooking the SPA area. Our apartment is directly on a cycling route. Bicycles can be stored in the private room next to our apartment. Lake Neusiedlersee is in walking distance 10 min and Shopping Outlet Parndorf only 5 Min drive.

Apartment was great. Some minor things did not quite fit (lift was broken and the directions - namely to use the outside staircase - were not very precise 😅 and also a few unsightly spots in the room (loosening wallpaper, a dirty wobbly chair) but otherwise we have nothing to complain about. The indoor pool area is a dream, a 60° and a 100° sauna are open daily from 3 pm. The outdoor pool is also great. Both pools are professionally checked once a day for pH value and chlorine content and are super well maintained. Hi, and there are already signs of aging, but that doesn't bother you if you can relax in a private indoor pool. Communication with the host also worked great.

We felt super comfortable from the beginning to the end of the stay. It was almost like visiting good friends. The stay in the garden was also simply beautiful. We received good tips for our bike tours on the lake. If we come back to this area, we will become "repeat guests"

The house was just like in the pictures, the pool was just great, great seating in the garden. Our grandson was able to romp around in the meadow, extremely quiet location. The house was great, towels, bath towels were provided. There were drinks available for us in the refrigerator. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. Bathroom in good condition, storage facilities available. The living-dining room was very spacious and the couch very comfortable. We enjoyed our holiday very much. I can only recommend it.

We had a good time in the beach house. The accommodation was clean and as described in the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped and we lacked nothing! Just as additional info: the terrace is surrounded by reeds, so there is no direct lake access. We would come back! ☺️

"Gute Stube" - living in a traditional "Streckhof"

Extremely friendly hospitality and a cozy, well-equipped apartment. It had everything, salt, sugar, spices, delicious coffee (capsule coffee maker). Lovely dogs. Sauna. Only the mold smell is disruptive, but tolerable with the window open.
