Monthly Rentals in Neulichtenberg

The accommodation is very easy to reach by public transport, is centrally located in Linz and is easy to find. Iris' instructions on how to get into the room were perfectly formulated and I could easily find the key safe, the staircase and the apartment. It was very clean, very tastefully decorated and everything necessary was available. The only small downside: at night it was sometimes loud down on the street, probably because of the holidays and the beautiful weather, many people were out and about. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay - many thanks to Iris!

Everything is great, nice old apartment as in the photos. Good location, quick to get to the trams, shopping centre around the corner, you can quickly get to the Danube/main square/old town. but still very quiet. Kitchen equipment with the essentials for very simple cooking sufficient. Overall recommended.

We stayed as a family of 4 in Avtar's accommodation, everything was as described. Perfect, very clean, and well equipped inside and out. We recommend it.

Quiet and green locality. Only 5 min walk to tram station Harbach and penny grocery store. Spacious and clean apartment with a balcony with all the facilities. A five-star host—attentive, organized, and dedicated to guest satisfaction.
