The idea is simple: we rent out beautiful places – and use the income to enable social organisations to use places like these free of charge. Your booking here helps support our Schiffmühle location, where the boathouse and the grounds along the Alte Oder river are regularly open to social groups at no cost. This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

PEACE AND RELAXATION for friends and couples: wood-fired sauna at sunset, vast property and movie night in front of the wood-burning stove. FAMILY-FRIENDLY with a garden, water playground, swing, table tennis table and lots of toys. Two bedrooms and a huge family bed! The bike path right outside the door leads directly to the Oder River. Lakes suitable for swimming are just a few villages away.

In the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park, in the pretty Waldsieversdorf, our 50 m² wooden hut is situated on a separate plot with its own garden. It is idyllically located on the edge of the forest of the Stöbertal. The wooden hut is fully insulated, so you can live comfortably here in winter. There is a 7 KW fireplace that will provide you with pleasant and long-lasting warmth with a few logs of wood. There is also an electric radiator in the bathroom. There is a comfortable large box spring bed in the bedroom.

Ideal for fishing, forest walks and cycling on the Blue Velo trail, with direct access to the water, dock, beach and forest. Beautiful lake views and peaceful sunsets complete the experience year-round.

Industrial charm meets reclaimed materials, characterful furniture and wide-open nature. With a large wooden terrace (45 m²), a rowboat, bikes and endless hiking and cycling trails at your door, it's the perfect place to escape the everyday, slow down and breathe in the green.

The Entenkoje offers you a unique nature experience in the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park. You don't need a driver's licence and can drive the boat without any prior knowledge. In the boat you will find a cozy double bed with a view of the starry sky. On board, there is a small gas cooker with coffee, tea and the necessary accessories - perfect for your breakfast directly on the water. A bathroom, shower, a fully equipped kitchen & a parking space are available to you in our base on land.
