The Home of Oasis Apartment is a charming apartment in northern Emsland, in the village of Surwold, close to the city of Papenburg. The house has a total of 3 large double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. The dining and living area is spacious. There are 3 bathrooms in total. A special highlight is the large heated indoor pool with a counter-current system, which provides bathing fun all year round. *NEW* Sauna available! The outdoor area of the apartment is idyllic & quiet.

Our cozy apartment is nestled between meadows and fields. Pure nature! Whether action or tranquility, the stay is varied and has a lot to offer. The cities of Papenburg (17 km) and Leer (20 km) can be reached quickly. The North Sea coast and the Dollart, as well as the Netherlands, are also not far away. The apartment is lovingly furnished with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It is located on the second floor in the adjoining building. For your exclusive use!

Guest suite in Annerveenschekanaal, a rural apartment with a spacious bathroom in Drenthe. By the water and fishing spots, Sailing route to the Zuidlaardermeer. Located near Zuidlaren (8.1 km), a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Assen 18 km, Groningen 22 km (where you can enjoy great shopping). Using a rowboat and a canoe. A BBQ can also be used. And for a fee, there are also e-bikes/motorboats available, with beautiful cycling routes. With great amusement parks nearby

A pretty, private, one-room apartment with a bathroom and a kitchenette in a charming style awaits dear guests! The apartment is located in a single-family house. Papenburg is about 6 km away. Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, natural, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp Estate, which hosts various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is located in my house, you have your own entrance area.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Spend relaxing holidays in our cozy apartment and discover the diverse regions of Emsland, East Frisia or the Netherlands. Papenburg, Werlte, Friesoythe and Sögel can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The North Sea in just over an hour. Esterwegen, as a recreational area in the beautiful Nordhümmling, is ideal for idyllic bike tours and relaxed walks to or around the memorial with the adjacent marshland adventure trail.

An almost barrier-free quiet holiday home right on its own lake and less than 5 kilometers from downtown. The apartment has an unsurpassed climate due to its wooden construction, in addition, only anti-allergic mattresses are available. The 25 sqm terrace invites you to long breakfast. Even in "shooting weather" this is no problem as the terrace is covered. A grill is available, and there is also a built-in sauna.

The apartment includes a 24 sqm roof terrace with a view of the fields. A carport is available for a car and/or bicycles. E-bikes can be charged there. Various shopping facilities are only 1 km away.

You'll be a guest of a young family, but you'll have your own apartment! The apartment is listed for two people, but the couch in the living room can be pulled out, so one or two more children can easily stay as well! April 2025: We have installed a brand-new kitchen for you! May 2026: The apartment is now also air-conditioned :)) We are happy to be your hosts!

We have newly created our guest apartment "Bude". Since it is of course not used daily by acquaintances and relatives, we would like to invite you to vacation here in beautiful Emsland. You can even bring your horses - we have our own horse meadow and/or charge your electric car with us - with electricity from our own production (100% ecological)!
