Lovingly designed apartment with a box-spring bed, kitchenette, small shower room with a window and infrared heating, private patio terrace and private entrance in a quiet residential area. The design is that of a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 electric charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after each stay, and the surfaces are disinfected. Check-in/check-out via key box.

Situated in Neukölln, it is very close to a vibrant bar scene and via the S Bahn nothing in Berlin is further than 30 min. Rate includes 7,5% city tax PLUS 15.5% airbnb fees (23% in total). If you need to check in before 1600, often that is possible, same for checking out after 1100, however not always and we need to figure it out, just ask :). Please note: the flat is on the fifth floor and no lift.
