The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. GöttiFritz - 360-degree views with breakfast

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a living area of around 125 m² surrounded by nature. Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Room to dream

The cosy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang, about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A cot (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!

You will surely enjoy our lovingly furnished 2 room apartment with bathroom, two outdoor seating areas (one covered). A parking space is included and from there you can reach the separate entrance via an external spiral staircase.

Schwatzenmühle

Our newly renovated apartment in the Schwatzenmühle can be a cosy temporary home for families and single travellers alike. Situated in the middle of the triangle, on the eastern shore of Lake Constance, you can be in the island town of Lindau, 5 km away, in a short time. Also not far are the Allgäu mountains with breathtaking natural idyll, hiking trails and ski slopes for all ages.
