It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

With the first rays of sun you will be awakened in the bedroom and can enjoy the sunset on the apartment's own terrace or from the living room. Due to the unobstructed location on the outskirts, you can relax wonderfully in nature and reach the town center with its gastronomy, train station, outdoor swimming pool and retail on foot. The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Small studio in the middle of nature with about 35 m2. In the studio you will find everything you need; a large comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, etc., a bathroom with a bathtub and shower cabin, a dining table and a small seating area. A great distant view from the windows in the bedroom. A covered outdoor seat in the garden can also be used. 1.5 km away is Schöllkrippen with all the shopping opportunities.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Apartment in Hain, the gateway to the Spessart

The vacation rental is located in the attic of my house in the grove in the Spessart. The house itself is built on the slope, so the front door can be reached via 30 stairs. In the house itself, there are then 15 steps up. Number of Guests is limited to 3 here. If more guests want to come, please send a request. By arrangement, it is possible for more guests to come. A double air bed can still be placed.

Modern apartment in a quiet location of Aschaffenburg

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.
