This modern, three-room apartment, approximately 140 square meters, is situated in a completely quiet location. Light-filled, bright rooms with large windows impress with their high-quality furnishings. Three bedrooms meet the highest standards of comfortable living. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped. A special feature is the sunny southeast-facing balcony with fantastic mountain views. The sauna in the basement invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing.

Schliersee Spitzingsee Wendelstein region/ apartment

The bright, modern attic apartment is located in Neuhaus am Schliersee with views of the surrounding mountains. From here you can start hiking with your backpack right away - the Josefstal waterfalls are just a 10-minute walk away. In winter, you can reach the Spitzingsee ski resort in 10-15 minutes by bus (stop 100 m) - or by your own car. (For electric cars: charging station available). We would like to rent the apartment only to families with max. 2 children or 2 adults.

Can accommodate 4 people, very quiet, family-friendly. Please note that the municipality requires a tourist tax per guest per night of €2. On the other hand, the adventure starts right at your doorstep, whether on foot or by bike into the mountains or by sup or rowing boat over the passing Schlierach into Lake Schliersee. Or "just" the coffee on the terrace?! ;) In addition, the property is only a few minutes walking distance from the relevant locations.

Our attractive vacation home is located in St.Quirin/Tegernsee A beautiful, single vacation home awaits you on a lake property with a terrace that offers a breathtaking view of Lake Tegernsee, a private jetty to the lake, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an electric gas fireplace, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed/sofa bed. In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.

A complete farmhouse for you alone? Do you want to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and go hiking? Then the Bio-Gmaiserhof is just right for you! A historically renovated farmhouse in a unique "hut location" and yet easily accessible by public transport in Fischbachau for you all alone. Close to ski resort, lakes, mountains and alpine pastures. Fantastic view of the Wendelstein between Schliersee and Bayrischzell.

Pick-up from the train station is available.
