Installed in September 2024). Kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, combined microwave oven grill, vacuum cleaner, TV and Wi-Fi internet, bathroom with bathtub. 4 min walk to the beach, 2 min to the city center, 3 min to the supermarket and laundromat. Quiet, beautiful view!

Small house of about 35 m2, close to the city center, the beach and hiking, the Golf des Pins, and also the Golf des Dunes, and the equestrian center. House completely renovated!! A garage is at your disposal, as well as 2 bikes, anti-theft devices, and tools for adjustments, and a pump, if you ever need it. And recently, we have made a Tandem available to tenants.
