Our new 80 sqm apartment on the 1st floor offers a cozy living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen (incl. Dishwasher, oven, coffee machine). Sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and Swedish stove invite you to linger. There are two cozy bedrooms: Number 1 with double bed (180 × 200), TV, reading corner and number 2 with 1x double bed (140 × 200) and single bed (90 × 200). Bathroom with toilet and shower. Storage room with washing machine and drying rack. Covered terrace with BBQ and dining area.

The spa town of Bad Berneck with its beautiful spa park as well as restaurants and cafes can be reached within minutes. Free parking, even for large vehicles, is right by the house.

Welcome to our cozy tiny house nestled in nature! Enjoy peace and comfort. The house features a large double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a composting toilet, and a warm shower. A wood stove provides a pleasant warmth. On request, we offer activities on our farm and in our adventure barn: pony rides, donkey & alpaca walks, cuddling with rabbits, and visits to our free-range pigs, goats, and sheep. Our sauna can also be rented upon request.
