The apartment is located in a new development area near the center of Damme. Stores, restaurants, cinema etc. are within walking distance. In the Damme mountains you can go for a nice walk, ride a bicycle or mountain bike and enjoy nature. The area offers several excursion destinations (e.g. Dümmer See). Construction work is currently underway in the new development area. Therefore, there may be construction noise during the week and possibly also on Saturdays (especially with open windows).

Whether on the road for work or private: with us you can relax, enjoy the wonderful nature around it and also spend time with the horses on request. ❗️We do not charge a cleaning fee in the apartment rent. -> In return, our guests clean before check-out! This includes: vacuuming rooms, wiping surfaces, putting dishes away clean and disposing of garbage/food scraps. ❗️Alternatively, the following cleaning fee can be paid to us: up to 4 nights: €60, from 5 nights: €85.

The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

It has a large balcony with large window front on the open kitchen, dining room and living room, which makes the apartment nice and bright. The beautiful bright bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub from which you can look into the stars. In the large bedroom is a 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed.

We, the hosts, live in the same building and are available for any questions you may have.
