Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

The house was built in 1934 and completely renovated in 2025 – but the special charm of the old wooden beams still runs through every room, reminding you of the history of this unique house. Have a wonderful vacation in Twente. Our house is located in the immediate vicinity of the art town of Ootmarsum. The nature reserves Springendal and Ottershagen are within walking/cycling distance. You have access to a fully furnished house with 2 terraces and garden. There is parking and the possibility to store and charge bicycles. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. In the house there are regional books, thrillers and games that you can use.

Es erwartet Sie ein freistehendes, lichtdurchflutetes Haus mit großem Garten, direkt am Waldrand, Hanglage, sehr große Südterrasse mit Blick über die Felder, in ruhiger Lage. Unser Haus ist in 2 Ebenen gebaut worden. Das Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer (Wintergarten), und die grosse Terrasse befinden sich in der unteren Ebene und mit einem Höhenunterschied von 3 Stufen ist die Küche, die zwei kleinen Schlafzimmer, Bad, Hauswirtschaftsraum und der Eingang.
