The apartment is quiet and close to the center. Jena is located in the beautiful Saaletal, which means that the living space in the valley is limited. Our house is NOT located in the center but below the Landgrave of one of the mountains that surround Jena. We live in the villa district, located below the Landgrave, so on an elevation. Please consider when booking with children or people who don't like to walk! The apartment is about 100 square meters and distributed over 2 floors. There is room for up to people 8, double bed, and sofa bed in the living room. On the upper floor there are 2 double beds. The kitchen is equipped with Senseo coffee machine, water heater, stove, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishes. The bathroom comes with a shower,bath and underfloor heating.

Vacation home on the Ilmtal Cycling Path

Welcome to the Ilmtal We rent our quietly located holiday home on the Ilmtal Cycling Trail. On 80 m² you will find a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms on the first floor. A small garden with terrace and grill is also included. From Nauendorf near Apolda to Jena it is about half an hour by car, the same to the former cultural capital of Weimar. The climatic health resort of Bad Sulza, with brine, thermal baths and spa clinic, is only 15 minutes away by bus or car.

Treat yourself to a break in a lovingly restored apartment and enjoy the charm of the contrast between new and old. Unwind in the spacious, separate garden as well. In the apartment there is a comfortable box bed (200 cm x 160 cm), two lounge armchairs with table, a reading lamp, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bar table with comfortable bar stools for the perfect view of the Jenzig, a modern and very comfortably equipped bathroom/toilet. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Shopping, doctors, train station and bus are a 5-minute walk. The apartment is spacious and equipped with the most important things. A great place to feel good for short and long-term trips. There are 2 bedrooms. A double bed which is 160 cm wide and one that can also be extended to 160 cm. A maximum of 4 people can be accommodated here.

The 1-room apartment (28 sqm) is located in the center of Jena, directly opposite the main university building. The central location allows short distances to culture, attractions, shopping and culinary experiences. On request, a parking space can be rented for €6/day.
