Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment that I would like to sublet for a period of time. There are two double beds available. Suitable for a maximum of 4 people. The apartment is centrally located. Shopping right next door. The apartment has its own entrance (resident). Features: - Kitchen including cooking utensils - Refrigerator and freezer - Dishwasher - Washing machine - Ironing board - etc. Small terrace / outdoor area (e.g. for smoking). Private entrance (granny flat).

The apartment used to be part of our detached house and is now separated from the rear basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 people. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more persons (pull-out double bed). The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.

The apartment was renovated in 2018 and has two rooms (35 m² in total). It is ideal for two people, but can also be used by three or four people. The path to the bathroom leads through the bedroom. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette.
