Beautiful living in the southeast of Munich

In the basement of our well-kept semi-detached house in Ottobrunn, we rent a separate apartment with a living/bedroom (bed 140x200), another room with cooking facilities and dining/work table as well as a private shower room. All space has a window, so a lot of daylight no "basement feeling" comes up. Nespresso machine, fridge with freezer, internet DSL/Wi-Fi, TV (cable Germany)available; bed linen, towels are provided, shared use of the washing machine by arrangement. Our modern house is located in a green, very good residential location - the access to the Salzburg and Nuremberg motorway is very close, but not audible! It takes 20 minutes by car to reach the city center. Shops, restaurants, Phoenix adventure pool with sauna area, tennis courts, ice skating rink are within walking distance - Brunnthal Golf Course is a 10-minute drive away, the bus stop to the Ottobrunn S-Bahn or the Neuperlach-Süd underground station is a 5-minute walk away, parking in front of the house is no problem. We are very familiar with Munich and its surroundings, we are happy to give tips for things to do (culture, restaurants, beer gardens, events, excursions, shopping, etc.) and strive for quick solutions if problems arise. We also speak English and look forward to nice guests!

Train in 25 minutes at Marienplatz, free parking. Family friendly, pets 10€ per day. Proximity to the mountains and lakes, within walking distance of all shopping facilities, Friday weekly market regional offers. Beer gardens and restaurants nearby. Peaceful oasis on the outskirts of Munich

Cozy at home. On the outskirts of Munich, our apartment is located on a grove. Pickles rustling, woodpeckers, squirrels collect supplies. And yet we are in the middle of Munich or at the fair in 20 minutes. The basement apartment consists of 2 rooms – sunrise for breakfast, evening light in the bedroom. It's wonderfully quiet at night night. Forgot charging cable? – No problem. Rain outside? – No problem. Quickly cycle to the bakery? – No problem.

The 2 -room apartment is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich, with covered south-facing balcony. Living room with open fitted kitchen, bedroom, shower room and hallway. You can reach the train (S-Bahn) in 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It lasts - 10 minutes to eastStation, 20 minutes to Munich MainStation. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.
