Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. The 112 sqm 3-room ground floor apartment is located directly on Lake Dämeritz in a small, very quiet residential complex, with a great view of the sunsets and the Berlin shore, which you can enjoy from the very large, partly green terrace. From the house entrance, steps lead to the lake with jetty and swimming ladder. The apartment is ideal for guests who want to experience Berlin, but also want to relax and enjoy the lake view The Regio [regional train] runs 25 minutes to the city center.

Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten ist man aber auch in den Püttbergen oder am Dämmeritzsee. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Handvoll Restaurants sind fußläufig.

Every 10 minutes, the S3 from Wilhelmshagen runs directly through Berlin and thus allows the perfect connection to the outskirts of the city. Within a few minutes' walk you are also in the Püttbergen or Dämmeritzsee. Shopping and a handful of restaurants are also within walking distance.

Two of the cleanest and clearest lakes in Brandenburg, Kalksee and Stienitzsee, are each located in the surrounding area. Shopping, restaurants and public transport are within walking distance. Alexanderplatz in Berlin can be easily reached by public transport in 35-40 minutes. By car, it is about 20 minutes. Boat and canoe rental near the vacation home.
