Relaxation in an idyllic secluded location in the Uckermark: The former stable of an old farm is nestled between meadows, forests and an extensive orchard. The lovingly restored cottage with fireplace, underfloor heating, projector and large panoramic window has been converted into an award-winning studio and offers space for couples, friends and families with children from 6 years of age as well as for yoga groups and workshops. Countless swimming spots, hiking and cycling trails are nearby.

Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120-square-metre attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (a quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Seehaus Rödd

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Fantastic lakeside vacation home

Waking up to birdsong and overlooking the sparkling Lübbesee? You can do this in our house on the lake - perfect for holidays with family and friends or workation in the countryside. The house has three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms and two spacious sun terraces. In addition, a large living room with open access to the kitchen, which invites you to cook and linger and has access to the garden. In total, the house accommodates up to six adults plus toddlers.

Vacation home by the lake

We offer a vacation home on the Templiner Stadtsee (federal waterway) with a jetty. It has a sleeping area with a 2 m double bed and a separate living area with a sofa bed for 2 people. A kitchen with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator is available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A spacious terrace invites you to linger. There are plenty of parking spaces. The jetty is located on the city lake under the vacation home and is suitable for fishing.

The apartment is perfect for two people. Just 500 meters away, an idyllic swimming lake awaits you, inviting you to refresh and relax. The surroundings of Götschendorf are characterized by untouched nature – ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.

The Birkenhof Uckermark - farmhouse with sauna

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.
