The location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet who want to relax in beautiful nature, as well as for hikers and mountain bikers. In winter, skiing (lifts in Schmallenberg and Winterberg), cross-country skiing and tobogganing are possible.

A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.

The University of Siegen can be reached in 8 minutes by car. Vacationers who want to ski can reach several small ski resorts within half an hour by car (only natural snow) The large ski resort in and around Winterberg (with snow cannons) is 1.5 hours away.

The apartment is centrally located and has good access to downtown (direct connection by bus; 3.5 km). There is also a variety of shopping, restaurants, banks and doctors nearby (within minutes walking distance). I attach great importance to hygiene and cleanliness (see description).
