The guest area with private bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet rest farm just outside (!) from the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Yippieh! Time out in SAMTBLAU! Everything you need to feel good is within a 5-minute walk. Shopping, several restaurants, flowers, pharmacy... A small forest for walking is also around the corner, and Lake Lippe and the castle can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Arrival by car is recommended as the nearest stop is 1.3 km away.

We rent out our beautiful, bright, about 80 sqm upstairs apartment. We use the front door together. The apartment doors must be locked separately. Your four-legged friends (dogs only) are of course also welcome. The apartment is located directly at the Boker Canal. Numerous walks and bike rides can be enjoyed from here.
