The spacious apartment has two bedrooms, each with a large wardrobe, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living and dining area with lake views. We offer towels and bed linen. A free parking space in front of the building is available on site. The large balcony and terrace guarantee you unforgettable evenings in a cozy atmosphere with a view of the lake and the mountains. Not suitable for children under 6 years and motorhomes. Pets, smoking in the holiday apartment and parties (noise) after midnight are prohibited. We look forward to welcoming you and are happy to answer any questions you may have

Beautiful lake view, free parking space in the garage and private garden, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room in the garage. We are halfway between Como and Bellagio. Upon arrival, documents will be requested for registration. Additional costs are €2.00 tourist tax per person, cash only. (Unfortunately, it is not suitable for people with disabilities.) It is forbidden to charge the electric car in the apartment garage. There are charging stations for electric vehicles near the apartment.
