Welcome to our exclusive apartment "L'arte di vivere" with a fantastic view of Lake Como! Our accommodation offers you everything you need for a pleasant stay. The spacious apartment has two bedrooms, each with a large wardrobe, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living and dining area with lake views. We offer towels and bed linen. A free parking space in front of the building is available on site. The large balcony and terrace guarantee you unforgettable evenings in a cozy atmosphere with a view of the lake and the mountains. Not suitable for children under 6 years and motorhomes. Pets, smoking in the holiday apartment and parties (noise) after midnight are prohibited. Beautiful lake view is parking in the garage

Beautiful lake view, free parking space in the garage and private garden, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room in the garage. We are halfway between Como and Bellagio. Upon arrival, documents will be requested for registration. Additional costs are €2.00 tourist tax per person, cash only. (Unfortunately, it is not suitable for people with disabilities.) It is forbidden to charge the electric car in the apartment garage. There are charging stations for electric vehicles near the apartment.

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

Oleandra is a small villa with 3 apartments, built in the 1970s and completely renovated in 2020. It was designed to offer (from each apartment) a priceless view of the lake with a space on the outdoor terrace facing the lake to enjoy a relaxing breakfast or lunch. The strategic location between Como and Bellagio makes it easy to go on excursions on the lake. In 20 minutes, continuing by car on the main road, you reach an altitude of 1,000 meters.
