Spacious, atrium-shaped single-family home on one floor (278 sqm). The house surrounds an undisturbed and large south-facing garden. The plot is located on a hillside on the outskirts of a building area and overlooks the forest. The garden has large terraces, gas grill, table tennis table, trampoline, plants and berry bushes. The house consists of a well-equipped kitchen with its own utility room, two living rooms and a gym. Bathtub, three showers and three toilets. TV and internet. Several of Romsdal's most popular top tours and cross-country ski trails start outside the front door.

Idyllic cabin for relaxation near the sea

Cozy cabin with panoramic views by Surnadalsfjorden. Located 2.7 km outside the Surnadalsøra. Large terrace with great views to the fjord and there is a nice patio under the terrace if the weather is bad. Nice fishing opportunities in the fjord and short distance to the salmon river Surna. Surnadal has a nice lime beach with swimming opportunities for small and large. Nice hiking opportunities and short distance to Trollheimen for mountain hikes. There is also a golf course in Surnadal. In winter it is a short distance to the alpine slope with elevator.

The mini house is centrally located, but undisturbed, on the outskirts of a forest in the center of Isfjorden. Strap on your skis outside the door and go to some of Romsdal's most famous mountains. Or sit on the couch and watch Romsdalseggen you walked earlier in the day. The mini-house has a small and functionally equipped kitchenette (fridge and two hobs) where you can cook simple dishes.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Walking distance to many good hiking trails, playgrounds and sports facilities. Short drive to magnificent nature experiences both by the sea and in the mountains. Detached house over 3 floors. Large parking lot and nice outdoor area with several terraces and patios. Basement with separate entrance is used by other tenants. The cat also lives here and is happy to keep you company. Always let it out when you leave the home and at night.

Jenstad is the starting point for trips to Åmotan where 4 rivers meet with 3 amazing waterfalls. You live 5-10 minutes walk from the gorge where the water is thrown down and ends in a shower where the rainbow appears on sunny days. You live on the farm Jenstad with historic buildings from the 1700s where history can be read in every log both inside and outside. Please note that the room height inside the apartment is about 195 cm with a load-bearing beam that is about 170 cm between the hallway and the living room.

Man kan noen ganger være heldig å ha hele stedet for seg selv, mens andre ganger må man dele kjøkken og to bad/toalettrom. Alle soverommene er store, lyse og luftige. Rommene har en stor dobbeltseng, og en reiseseng eller luftmadrass kan legges ned ved behov. Reiseseng kan lånes av vert. Fellesareal er romslige, og man vil finne alt man behøver.
