The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living room and kitchen solution and loft living room. There is plenty of room to be a lot of people together on the trip and the open kitchen solution makes cooking social and enjoyable. From the living room there is an exit to a spacious terrace facing the great view. In the area there are a number of great places to visit, as well as hiking opportunities in the mountains and along the coast.

Hear the birds singing in the forest outside while sitting in the large window drinking your morning coffee and studying the rum valley mountains. The tiny house is centrally located, but unashamedly, on the edge of a forest in the center of Isfjorden. Buckle up outside the door and walk some of Romsdalen's most famous mountains. Or sit on the couch watching Romsdalseggen you left earlier in the day. The tiny house has a small and functionally equipped apartment kitchen (fridge and two hot plates) that you can make yourself simple dishes on.

In this place, your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Walking distance to many good hiking trails, playgrounds and sports facilities. Short drive to magnificent nature experiences both by the sea and in the mountains. Single-family home over 3rd floor. Large parking and pleasant outdoor area with several terraces and flats. Basement with own entrance is disposed of by other tenants. Hens in the outhouse in the garden, 2 cats in the house. Always let them out when leaving the home and at night.

Huset er totalrenovert i 2023. Tømmerveggene er fra 1600-tallet og noe er bevart innvendig. Boarealet er 100m2 og inneholder tre soverom, tre bad og et stort kjøkken/allrom. Fra allrommet er det utgang til delvis overbygd terrasse på 24m2. Soverom 3 har egen terrasse under tak. Gratis parkeringsplass til mange biler og 7KW lader for elbil. Det er 200m til offentlig badestrand og leikeplass. Et utmerket sted for avslapning og dagsutflukter. Vertskapet bor i nabohuset og er gjerne behjelpelig.

Stranda is centrally located between the UNESCO World Heritage site of Geiranger, the mountain pass Trollstigen and the Art Nevou town of Ålesund with approximately 1 hour drive in each direction.
