Cozy and super central apartment

A warm welcome to a new and bright apartment, a 5-minute bus ride from the ferry and right behind Tangen centre. It doesn't get more convenient or more central! I live in the house. From the hallway, there is a door to the flat and another to my part of the house. PS: From 26/07/10, I will be using Airbnb's new pricing system, which all hosts are required to use by 13 October. Instead of Airbnb adding fees to the host and guest's final bill, the fees (15.5 percent) are included in the nightly rate. Not all hosts have adopted this pricing yet.

At the tip of Nesodden. In the immediate vicinity (4 min. walk) to Nesoddtangen Brygge/Nesoddbåten - which takes 23 minutes to Aker Brygge in Oslo. 8 minutes by speedboat to Lysaker in Bærum. One minute to walk to the beach. View of the sea. Newly renovated, most things are new. Nice outdoor area. Private parking with charging space for electric car. Good restaurant and bakery at Nesoddtangen jetty. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed, there is a good sofa bed in the living room. Coastal path past the property. Often deer in the garden.

Within walking distance of Kolbotn town centre, with shops/restaurants, and trains/buses to Oslo. 10 min by car to Tusenfryd. 5 min by car to The well, Nord Europe's largest spa. Can rent 3 Sup and rowboat located in the garden (only summer months). Combine Oslo tour with peace and quiet.

The accommodation is located on the peaceful Nesodden peninsula with a 5 minute walk to the beach along quiet paths or a quick ferry ride to Akerbrygge, the heart of Oslo. This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
