In 2020 we renovated the house of 100sqm. The outdoor areas are lovely. Large lawn with plenty of space for activities such as badminton, football and cube. Next to the summer cottage is the "little house" of 36 sqm which has a bedroom, shower and toilet. Small down on the plot we have the old storage house of 15 sqm also with sleeping space. It is only 100 m to a nice beach with trampoline, slides, climbing wall etc. Rented for a minimum of 3 nights. It is not for rent at events or large parties. Maximum number of guests 11

Villa Solstrand, a unique and completely renovated house by Bunnefjorden with a large landscaped garden and a private jetty. The area of Ingierstrand and Svartskog is a 25-minute drive from the centre of Oslo. A beautiful and secluded area by the inner Oslofjord. Here you have sun from early in the morning until it sets behind Nesodden late in the evening. The property is large, child-friendly and fenced. Tusenfryd amusement park is 15 minutes away by car. The house has a fantastic view of the fjord.
