2020 pusset vi opp huset på 100kvm. Uteområdene er lekkert. Stor gressplen med godt om plass til aktiviteter som badminton, fotball og kub. Ved siden av sommerhytta ligger "lillehuset" på 36kvm som har soverom, dusj og toalett. Lit ned på tomten har vi stabburet på 15kvm også med soveplass. Det er kun 100 m til en fin strand med trampoline, sklie, klatrevegg etc. Leies ut minimum 3 netter. Det er ikke til leie ved arrangementer eller store fester. Max antall gjester 11st

Villa Solstrand, et unikt og totalrenovert hus ved Bunnefjorden med stor opparbeidet hage og egen brygge. 25 minutters kjøretur fra Oslo sentrum ligger området Ingierstrand og Svartskog. Et nydelig og usjenert område ved indre Oslofjord. Her har man sol fra tidlig om morgenen til den går ned bak Nesodden sent på kvelden. Eiendommen er stor, barnevennlig og inngjerdet. Tusenfryd fornøyelsespark ligger 15 minutter unna m/bil. Huset har en fantastisk utsikt mot fjorden.
