Our home is a modern house as well as child friendly. It is spacious and bright with large windows, situated in rural surroundings at Nesodden just outside Oslo and only 5 minutes walk from many lovely small beaches in the Oslofjord. Minimum 3 nights. You will disoiay140 square meters of the house all to yourself with our own garden, parking and entrance. I have a tenant in a separate apartment in part of the basement, he has his own private entrance and garden and will not affect your stay☺️

Looking for a quiet place near the city? Take a look at our house in Svartskog, just 30 minutes from Oslo. The property includes its own private beach and dock – great for a morning swim or fishing. The villa was built in 1886 and is approximately 170 m2 with an annex of about 30 m2. The house is situated right by the sea in a scenic protected landscape area with ancient forest on the hill behind and rich wildlife. There are nice fishing,hiking opportunities and foraging available just outside.

New modern house (2022) with all the comforts. Great outdoor areas with a patio, garden, balcony and a rooftop terrace with spectacular views of Oslo and the fjord. Three bedrooms and one kidsroom. Bus stop almost right outside the door with buses that takes you to Nesoddtangen Brygge in 10min, and from there the ferry takes you to Oslo and Aker Brygge in 23min. The house is located within walking distance to several beautiful beaches and recreational spots in the popular area of Hellvik.

Top floor apartmet in a cozy sea front house

On a beachfront property we have a small house with an apartment that is on the top with direct access to the street and also access to the garden and the sea. The space has roof windows so you can watch the stars while you relax so near but still far from the busy city life. Ferry to oslo in only 24 minutes. The space has a small bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate sleeping alcove and a bed sofa. We have a sauna to share with the other guests and two cats that are around.

Lalien – The Yellow Lodge Lalien is a peaceful retreat where history and nature meet. This architect-designed lodge, with its warm yellow exterior, offers space for families or groups (sleeps 11). Inside, you’ll find a bright kitchen, cozy living areas, and a garden with a swing, trampoline, and slide—all with views of the Oslo Fjord. Ideal for shorter or longer stays. During summer (July-August), minimum rental period is one week.

You can enjoy a nice workout in a well equipped gym, or relax down by the small beach 2 minutes away. The kids will love the sea, the playground and "tusenfryd" the amusement park nearby.
