This renovated 70s building has a private pool and enclosed garden for optimal comfort in complete independence. Close to a departmental road, the house is located in a suburban subdivision at the exit of Nérac, easy to access and close to all amenities (2 min walk). It's the perfect base from which to visit the South West!

Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. "La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Nearby are the Moulin des Tours, the Château d'Henry IV, La Bastide de Vianne and the Ludoparc.

The King's Dovecote

Authentic 19th century dovecote completely renovated, kitchenette equipped with Dolce Gusto coffee maker, bathroom with toilet on the ground floor, the bedroom is upstairs. We are located a 5-minute walk from the historic center and the quays of the Baïse and a 5-minute drive from the villages of Lavardac and Barbaste. The attic is independent of our house.

Deer and doe cabin

A wooden treehouse nestled in nature, with a raised terrace and footbridge that will allow you to discover the park where deer live. For the price of €135, linens and towels are included in the rental for 4 people. We offer evening meals served in the cabin and breakfast in the morning.
