Holiday rentals with a patio in Néoules

We spent 3 family days here with 6 people. For us, a very good, clean and workable place to stay. The location in the old town captivates. Wonderful terrace, which we unfortunately could not use because of the still fresh temperatures. Highly recommended overall.

we had a great week at Lydie's, the apartment was spacious, well-equipped, quiet and we were even able to enjoy our evenings on the outdoor terrace, the pool was very attractive but too cold still at this time, we had the opportunity to have good discussions with Lydie who is a charming and generous hostess who does not fail to make us feel at home

Thank you for allowing me to have a pleasant stay! The accommodation is great, consistent with the photos; well arranged, modern, very clean and with all the necessities at our disposal. Big plus point for the garden area which is well appointed and spacious. Good location, we can go to many different places in a short time. Pascal is very friendly, a welcome aperitif offered and full of good recommendations whether for places to visit, restaurants, bars, beaches, and even running courses🏃🏼‍♀️! I would recommend it without hesitation, you won't be disappointed! 😊

We had a very pleasant stay in this great place. The exterior was also very appreciated for its tranquility, but also for its beauty. Its location allowed us to easily discover and visit the beautiful landscapes of the Verdon (many beautiful villages nearby). For athletes, there are many hiking/trail trails nearby. We thank our hosts who were very welcoming, responsive and caring. We had fun staying at their place and discovering this area. Thanks!

Anaïs' place is really very pleasant to live in and is well equipped. Anais is very responsive and has answered any questions we may have had. The directions given allowed us to have a great family stay in Marseille!

Amer was an amazing host that went out of his way to assist with all we needed. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and the shower and bed wonderful. My husband and I highly recommend this home and the host Amer.

What an absolutely stunning place to be in Aix-en-Provence! Great location, wonderful accommodations and the private, outdoor patio was just perfect to spend time in when not out and about. Excellent! Hope to be back soon.

Peaceful and marine environment, we really enjoyed the garden with trees and plants, fully fenced. Our dogs enjoyed it safely. The sheltered outdoor jacuzzi is a real pleasure for relaxing in the warmth in the middle of winter. The house is nice and decorated with a marine theme, as seen in the photos. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. Dan and Jessica are very available in case of malfunction. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this rental.

What can I say about the Secret House that hasn’t already been said? Magical is the word that instantly comes to mind. Upon arrival, our host Benita greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the house, and shared her knowledge of the Cotignac and its restaurants and sites. Throughout our visit, she gave us our privacy, and yet, was available if we had any questions. Truly a super host! The house is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 3 baths decorated in is Provencal chic. The views from the house are spectacular as it is situated above the village. At the same time, it is a 5-minute walk into one of the loveliest villages in France. The photos really do not fully express the beauty of this place. We will miss the Secret House (and Big Boy!) and all of our new friends in Cotignac. A bientot!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely house close to Aix-en-Provence. The calm and spacious house with big terraces in a beautiful surrounding make it easy to enjoy your holidays. The kids in particular loved the big space and swimming pool. Nicolas was very responsive and always reachable.

We had a wonderful stay in Shaun and Eric's apartment. It was spotless and free of clutter. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the appliances are top-notch. Although there are only two air conditioning units (one in the living room/kitchen area and the other in the hallway leading to the back bedrooms, the air conditioning is effective to cool all the rooms. It was quite hot while we were there and we occasionally used one of the three fans as a supplement to the AC, but never felt uncomfortable for a moment. Shaun and Eric were incredibly responsive when we had a problem with one of the showers. They had a plumber out immediately and within hours he had installed a new set of faucets and we were back in business. We've spent several weeks in Aix at two other apartments and like this location the best. It is close to the outdoor markets and to the Cours Mirabeau yet it is very quiet. We couldn't have been happier. This was our second stay here and will not be our last.

Naima’s flat was everything I’d hoped for and more. Spotlessly clean, quiet with good kitchen facilities. Enjoyed the local restaurants (the Rendez-vous à Saigon particularly!) and the wonderful local beaches. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

We had a very nice week at Virginia's. The accommodation is perfect for 3 adults, as described, the building is well secured. Communication with Virginia is easy. I recommend it without a problem. Don't miss out on Jaime's pizza!

We stayed with our two children aged 4 and 6 on the 1st floor of the house and it was a real delight! Access to the sea in 10 seconds, on a huge beautiful and very family beach, comfortable house with continuous sea view, floor redone with originality and very pleasant taste to live, and a super friendly and available helpful host! Definitely recommend!

A nice host that I had remotely. This gentleman was attentive and responsive to our requests and was a strong proposition. A nice house. The strong potential is the pool and summer kitchen. It was nice to be a major constraint. Between Marseille & Cassis, that's the right compromise. Thank you.

The 5 stars for this apartment is as much for the welcome, really at the top (whether for the exchanges before and the welcome on site by Frédéric, really very friendly and responsive) as for the apartment. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, it is however about a 10-minute walk from the center, and also 3 minutes from a pretty beach (with 2 restaurants located). Really beautiful view from the terrace (as pictured!!). And the interior is really very well appointed with taste, with beautiful furniture and luxury appliances. In short, I would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment (which also has parking, very nice because even in February there had already been a bcp of people parked in the streets...).
