Holiday rentals with a patio in Néoules

The apartment was fantastic and the communication perfect. We were completely satisfied. For the many mosquitoes that haunted us, Marine even had a mosquito tent that we could put over our bed and have quiet nights! Simply perfect! Marine also had a cot for our daughter. We simply brought the extra mattress and a mosquito net for the baby bed (unfortunately, we made the bed one night too late😢)

The apartment is spacious and very well-equipped: everything to make your stay easier (coffee, dishwasher tablets, washing machine, coffee, canal +, Netflix , 2 paddles available, bluetooth speaker ...) Virginia's welcome and her husband is warm and they are lovely hosts, responsive and discreet. They are also very flexible on check in and check out times. What we preferred is the location with its breathtaking view of Toulon Bay, very beautiful sunsets. But also the swimming pool for private use on a beautiful wooded terrace and with pretty flowers. The harbor is a 5-minute walk with restaurants (we tried and liked the 111) The coastal path a few minutes from the apartment is also very nice.

Everything was perfect! Be careful if you have auditory hypersensitivity because the jacuzzi stays lit, but the host provides earplugs! The garden is very nice with an excellent breakfast

Matéo and his mum were lovely from the time of our booking (which we asked to change), until our departure. The house is in a quiet environment and has a perfect location to go to our diving activity (Saint P'Hyères Plongée, close to Les Salins). The rooms are not very large, but equipped with air conditioning. In addition, we spent most of our time on the upstairs terrace, and in the living room... The kitchen and living room are spacious, and perfectly equipped. Having stayed in several Airbnbs, there is often something missing (dishwasher tablets, salt or oil, a knife for cooking) And there, BRAVO... everything was present and in large numbers... it's nice to never be stuck on anything (example: we started a BBQ... bad luck, we finished the gas bottle... in 3 minutes, bottle replaced). In short, it was great!

Everything was perfect at Patrick's. We had a pleasant stay. Very clean and nicely decorated accommodation with a nice terrace. Good location. I would be happy to come back.

Very nice apartment in a green and peaceful setting. The terrace and the private pool are really very nice. The apartment is very clean and functional, it has all the necessary amenities, even to accommodate our baby. Sophie is very attentive, always available for any recommendation. We had a great week, we would recommend it without hesitation.

We loved the location and the comfort of having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The outside deck, although small was comfortable and serene.

We had a very pleasant week with the family in Jérôme and Steve's accommodation. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts, who planned small touches for us and for our grandparents' dog. The house is located in a very quiet area, in a cul-de-sac, but the shops of the city centre are only 5 minutes' walk away. The house was very clean and well equipped, you feel at home :) The garden is splendid, both landscaped and wild, without any neighbours, we were all under the spell! If you're looking for a place to unwind, this is the perfect place! At the beginning of May, the pool is not heated, but even if you don't swim in it, it has a crazy charm and it is very pleasant to sit in front of the pool. We appreciated that the land was fully fenced (essential for our grandparents' dog). To sum up, we can only recommend this accommodation and will be happy to come back!

A great stay with Ana who has a particularly welcoming home... it feels like home. A big thank you to Zoé for his availability and responsiveness. One of the best rentals, if not the best. I would highly recommend it.

We stayed for a week in April. Very good bedding and very clean cleaning. The beach is accessible on foot as well as Les Halles where there are good products. The house is close to a busy road, the main one but far enough away not to be immediately dangerous for children. The outside is pleasant thanks to the plancha and sunbed equipment.

Really matches the description, ideal for 8 people with a very spacious living room. We came for a wedding, we didn't have enough time to enjoy it!

We loved staying here. It’s a perfect location in a quiet and beautiful street and close to the harbour. The house was very clean and tidy. Corinne responded promptly to any questions and she was very helpful. There is a lovely outside seating area that is really nice and peaceful. This is an excellent place to stay, and close enough to walk to the harbour in 5 minutes. The broadband is fast!

We spent 5 wonderful days in this beautiful rental, identical in every way to the description. The bedding is comfortable, large and practical summer kitchen, pleasant saltwater pool. Excellent welcome and flexibility for arrival and departure times. We highly recommend

Great accommodation in a picturesque setting. Clean and very well equiped. Beautiful garden. Our kids loved the big pool. The location is ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet. The city with the great market with all shopping facilities, bakeries, restaurants is still within walking distance. Corinne is a very kind host.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We’ve rented several other apartments in Aix over the years, and this was by far the best. Honestly, the building isn’t much to look at, but the apartment is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable, the apartment is very well-equipped (it helps to find the hidden kitchen drawers 😂), the (rear) bed is très confortable, the showers are generous and modern. The extra office room was great for relaxing and reading, and the terrace was lovely. Having a fully equipped laundry room was just the cherry on top! All in all, we were very impressed with the apartment, and found it to be the perfect base for our adventures in Provence. I hesitate to recommend it too enthusiastically, because I don’t want to find out that it’s booked before we can stay there again!

Thanks to Naïma for her responsiveness, the apartment was great, as in the photos. Small downside in terms of soundproofing but apart from that it was great and very clean. I would recommend it without a second thought!

We had a very nice week at Virginia's. The accommodation is perfect for 3 adults, as described, the building is well secured. Communication with Virginia is easy. I recommend it without a problem. Don't miss out on Jaime's pizza!

We stayed with our two children aged 4 and 6 on the 1st floor of the house and it was a real delight! Access to the sea in 10 seconds, on a huge beautiful and very family beach, comfortable house with continuous sea view, floor redone with originality and very pleasant taste to live, and a super friendly and available helpful host! Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and give the apartment 5 stars. The view of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace was sensational. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. High-quality kitchen appliances were provided in the kitchen. 10 minutes walk and you were at the harbor with many restaurants and shops. Bakery less than 5 minutes walk. The private parking was also a real plus. The care of Frederik 1 and Frederik 2 perfect :-) We can only recommend this apartment.
