Holiday rentals with a pool in Néoules

We came to spend a short weekend with family to celebrate my husband's birthday. The exteriors are super well maintained, my children were able to enjoy the pool and the games provided (slide and trampoline). The interior is just as well maintained with beautiful decoration and you feel really good there. Everything you need is available. We arrived at the end of the day, it was dark and Mrs. Welch stayed by the road and on the phone to guide us to arrive safely. She is a very kind person, attentive and is present on the premises to meet needs (if there are any!) We had a really nice weekend and will definitely be back. Thank you again to you Mrs. Welch for everything.

Very beautiful house with great views and pool. There are 3 bedrooms and an annex which worked really well for us. We also enjoyed the tennis courts and the beach which is very close. Can only highly recommend the house and Carine was very accommodating and always quick to respond.

We had a great weekend with our kids at Danny's place. This one was tastefully decorated and very clean and the kids loved the garden and we were quiet. We will be happy to come back to enjoy the pool next time.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful place. Our dog Kajo was there, who especially enjoyed the large, fenced property. We particularly liked the fact that you can walk to the village or take nice walks directly from the house. You really only need the car for further excursions. We can highly recommend this place.

Small, tidy apartment with easy access to Sanary and Brusc. Great for a few days days. The building gardens are pretty and well looked after. Double Bed only has access one side.

We highly recommend this accommodation in every way: very promising listing and compliant reality, welcome and availability of Julie and the owner "Bd", great location with breathtaking views from the terrace on La Ciotat Bay, very clean,functional and well-equipped accommodation,... Pros: access to a very well-maintained swimming pool, walking proximity to the small port, La Madrague beach, marked hiking trails. We had a pleasant stay and will be happy to return

We enjoyed our stay in this accommodation, the residence is very quiet at this time of the year which is nice to rest. The space is comfortable and has the necessary amenities for the smooth running of the stay. We were warmly welcomed by Sylvie who left us a small welcome gift. The Pradet coastal path is very nice to do. We appreciated the location of the accommodation that allowed us to visit the coast and its surroundings: Hyeres, Porquerolle, Sanary, Le Lavandou, Saint tropez ect..

Quiet stay and magical view, the studio is well-equipped and Guy is very nice. We took a great walk on the coastal path that starts from the residence, we were also able to go for a drink at the port of Bandol without taking the car (25 minutes walk by the sea).

We had a great stay! The apartment is conveniently located, beach and shops close to the residence, and the pool is a real plus. Wishlist for Bruno and his wife who were very kind and responsive, we had a little key problem and they moved directly to the restaurant where we were having dinner in order to fix it. I plan to rent again with them next summer, I recommend 100%! Thank you for a pleasant stay.😊🌴☀️🌊

Ideal rental for a very good holiday: comfortable apartment in a very quiet residence. The pool, private parking, and elevator are real assets. Ideally located for access to amenities ( bakery, press and supermarket) and buses to Toulon, Hyères and beach in the Presqu'île de Giens . Beachfront and port of Carqueiranne very close too. I would recommend it in a second!

Great stay at Cédric's, we had a great week! Great sea views from the large balcony, very well-equipped kitchen, excellent bedding and sofa. Flawless WiFi with Box. Small staircase to access the mezzanine bedroom. Thanks to Cédric for the very nice welcome and restaurant recommendations! We'll be happy to go back.

Very clean accommodation and very well equipped for a holiday accommodation. The terrace is nice with beautiful views.

It was one of the best place that I live every think was very good except that it is hard to get a car if you do not have a car, you will wait for 30 min for bolt or Uber.

The reception was excellent. The house is completely faithful to the listing, in very good condition, very clean. The surroundings of the garden, terraces and pool are a big plus. The bedding is extremely qualitative. A garage completes this service. The proximity to the village of La Cadière and all the surrounding resorts is also a positive element.

The house is very nice and has a really great and very large pool. The house is located in an enclosed complex with about 20 houses and is only about 10 minutes from the beach. The house and location are really perfect for a beach vacation. Unfortunately, on the first day after just an hour, the neighbor complained about the volume of the children in the pool. We were very irritated, as we have probably been in a house with a pool ten times and this happened for the first time. Therefore, we had to pay a lot of attention to the volume of the children for the remaining days, which gave us little joy. We cannot now conclude from this individual case in general, but we want to recommend another accommodation for families with children as a precaution. The communication with the agency was very good and always worked to our complete satisfaction.
