We spent 1 week at Villa Layla with 5 adults, one toddler and one baby. Federico was a great host, responded quickly, also helped with other requests and a special situation great and responded quickly. Thank you ! His staff Elia was super friendly and helpful and even spoke German. Thanks, too, at this point ! The house is as described - great pool, plenty of bathroom for all bedrooms and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped - only flaws were missing pot holders and maybe 1-2 more dish towels. However, these are small things. We felt very comfortable. The location of the house is very quiet - you definitely need a car, for shopping etc. Many beautiful beaches nearby :)

What a beautiful place! The house with 2 large bedrooms and very good mattresses, 2 bathrooms with good showers, a nice kitchen with big fridge, the terrace with amazing view & a very big and amazing pool! We really enjoyed our stay. A bit hidden but once you know the 2 little yellow poles on the big road you can easily find the entrance of the small entrance road to the gate. A car is needed to go to the shop, beach or nearby village. Our flight was delayed so we arrived late but Stefano was easily reachable and reassured us that we could easily enter the house and gave us tips for a place where we could have a late dinner. A perfect host and - for us- a perfect location to enjoy our holiday! Absolutely a 5 star holiday destination. Thank you Stefano!

Our stay at Giulianos Apartment was perfect! The apartment is situated close to the center, everything is about a 10min walk away. Theres a lot of parking possibilities around the area. The apartment is well equipped and modern, bigger than what the pictures portray! The huge terrace is great to have breakfast in the morning. Luca, Giulianos friend, made us feel very welcome and let us check in earlier and sent us a lot of useful tips and recommendations. Even provided mats for the beaches where its mandatory. All in all, great stay and no complaints. Would definitely come back!

The accommodation is very nice, with a beautiful pool and close to the coast and beaches by car. Gian Luca was very responsive, I would recommend!

This is the third year we return to this fantastic location! I'd say you don't need to add anything else...

Nothing to complain about. Alessio was very attentive, the apartment was perfect, it is absolutely suitable for a longer stay. We definitely recommend it.

10 out of 10 points, couldn't get any better. Top location, super clean, great view of the sea, very quiet, everything you need in the apartment (incl. Umbrella for the beach and beach mats). The terrace is a dream! The welcome were fresh flowers on the table, a bottle of wine and Sardinian pastries - how sweet that is please. The host is always available immediately and responds immediately to all needs, problems are resolved immediately. Important also: the Wi-Fi is super fast, there can also be 4 people on the internet at the same time. We already had this differently with a place to stay. We will be back!

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

The apartment “Via col vento” is one of three residential units in Julia's house, with a common courtyard. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered terrace. It is exceptionally well planned, comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. Julia is an attentive and hospitable host who responded kindly and quickly to all our requests and was also happy to provide additional household items. She greeted us personally on the first day, even though our plane was delayed, and kindly adjusted the check-out time to our needs. The rest is exactly as described in the exposé and in the comments of other guests. We recommend the house and the owner without reservation and would love to come back.
