400 sf of a fully renovated and convertible garage into a cozy studio! Guests have a separate and private entrance to the place. It’s15-20min to the strip, and 5min to Aliante and Canary casinos. Also, is 5 min to shopping centers and restaurants. Has a full bath, TV, own AC, kitchenette, small fridge, microwave, a 2-burner electric cooktop, full cookware, and all the basic things you need to cook your food. You also have access to one parking spot in the driveway under a covered patio

This home is located in a great area in the northwest of Las Vegas. It is just 15 minutes to the strip, 10 to the speedway, 5 from restaurants and shopping.

Private casita with queen bed, nightstand and closet space, private bathroom, private entrance, and access to nice backyard (through side gate) Please be advised that the entire Pool/SPA area is NOT heated and CANNOT be heated. Guests are more than welcome to use anytime from May to September, but in the summer, trust me, you won't need that. ~5 minutes to LV Motor Speedway (EDC, NASCAR, etc) Approximately 20 minutes to Downtown and Las Vegas Strip. 25 minutes to the airport.

I had a wonderful stay at Kem’s beautiful home. The hosts were incredibly kind and quick to respond to anything I needed. The house was spotless, stylish, and offered a peaceful, vacation-like atmosphere. The neighborhood was lovely and felt safe and welcoming. Studio Bohemia exceeded all expectations. Exceptional communication, a well-appointed space with thoughtful touches like snacks and a welcome card, and a perfect location—convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the Strip without the hassle of a long commute. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was kind and understanding when we accidentally broke our glass bottle while packing. My friend and I felt completely at home and even considered extending our stay. I highly recommend Studio Bohemia and look forward to returning. Simply put, it was a flawless experience. Wishing the host continued success and gratitude for the outstanding hospitality.

We had a great stay at Esmeralda’s Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Esmeralda was a great host — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient and perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The lodging was super affordable, the room was nicely comfortable with great linens, and towels nicely laid out when we arrived. We always had a parking spot, and getting in was never a hassle. The house was super cute and wasn’t too far from the strip! Would definitely stay here again!

This listing is a section of their house that was closed off to lease as an AirBnB. Carmen and her husband are very friendly! The space was small and cozy, perfect for us and our 65lb dog to get away from the Vegas heat between wedding events. The bathroom is very small, but the shower is awesome. We didn't do any cooking during our stay, but there were a variety of appliances and cutlery provided, if needed. The area isn't anything spectacular and there was some construction going on, but we didn't mind. Great backyard access for a pup to go potty and the hosts very kindly provided a couple of balls to play with 🐶👍🏼 Would definitely stay again if needed, when we come back :)
