Also, is 5 min to shopping centers and restaurants. Has a full bath, TV, own AC, kitchenette, small fridge, microwave, a 2-burner electric cooktop, full cookware, and all the basic things you need to cook your food. You also have access to one parking spot in the driveway under a covered patio

Private casita with queen bed, nightstand and closet space, private bathroom, private entrance, and access to nice backyard (through side gate) Please be advised that the entire Pool/SPA area is NOT heated and CANNOT be heated. Guests are more than welcome to use anytime from May to September, but in the summer, trust me, you won't need that. ~5 minutes to LV Motor Speedway (EDC, NASCAR, etc) Approximately 20 minutes to Downtown and Las Vegas Strip. 25 minutes to the airport.
