The cottage, located on the outskirts of the village of Arnoltice, allows you to experience both a peaceful rest and relaxation, as well as an active holiday, due to its location at the foot of the forest. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI and SMART TV. Parking directly at the building. The cottage is heated either by an electric boiler with wiring to the entire building or by a wood-burning fireplace.

Location of the house - to the city center about 15 minutes walk, public transport about 300 meters. Possibility of sitting in the garden under the pergola, meat preparation on a gas grill, use of granite stone or smokehouse (when staying for 2 or more nights).

The hot tub on the terrace is available for a fee of PLN 180 per day, and we turn it on for a minimum of 2 days. An ideal place to relax from the city noise, lots of beautiful forest and mountainous areas, the Bóbr river, a horse farm, a bicycle path, hiking trails, many monuments, castles. POPIELATO is a small, year-round house (35 m2) for 2–4 people, located on the outskirts of the village of Grudza – 15 minutes from Świeradów Zdrój and 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. From here, there is an incredible panorama of the Sudetes. The house has two separate bedrooms (including one on the mezzanine), a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. We have a fireplace and a hot tub (wood-fired), which you can access directly from the large terrace. The cottage is located on a fenced plot (1,000 m2) which is ideal for pets.
