We offer you a bright attic apartment in our three-family house: It is completely renovated and converted into a cozy studio apartment. The apartment is suitable for two people, with a double bed and a sofa bed available. Supermarket, market hall and the city center can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozy 1-room apartment with 36 sqm, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.
