It was a wonderful room, and we were able to relax with peace of mind.

Maricar is an exceptional host, and her place was exactly what we were looking for - a peaceful home just steps away from shops and restaurants. She was quick to respond to our questions and even referred us to a great parking spot. I especially appreciated the muted, tasteful decor. It’s calming and not overwhelming. I’d definitely love to stay here again the next time I’m in Dumaguete. --- Let me know if you'd like it to sound more formal, casual, or tailored for a specific platform like Airbnb.

The place is perfect since it’s only a few meters away from SM City, so no need to worry about transportation, shopping and finding restaurants. I felt so at home with the place and the unit where we stayed. It’s peaceful, homy and very clean. The host is also very responsive, friendly and easy to relate with. Would like to thank the host for giving us numerous recommendations on places and restaurants to visit, and for anticipating the needs of the guests.

enjoyed staying there for 4 days-3 nights. aircon is well. wifi is fast. it has netflix. we maximized the pool and gym. it has glade, you can always freshen up the place when you leave. i just think it would be great to include bath robes and more towels for the guests.

The place was stylish, spotless, and had all the appliances we needed for a comfortable stay. Jasmine and Phil were incredibly accomodating and made everything easy from check in to check out. Easily one of our best air bnb experiences. 💯

We were there just short of a month and our stay was everything we hoped or expected. T he condo is in a great location, the security is excellent, the air conditioning worked very well (had to turn them off when we got up in the mornings because it was so cool). All the pictures and descriptions of the condo were exactly correct. This was our first experience with AirBnB and Val and his brother, Brendan, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were quick to address any questions or concerns (which were minor) we had. Family members that visited us at the condo unit were amazed at how nice it was. Also we had a medical issue one night not related to the unit but the staff at One Madison Place made sure medical personnel were able to reach us quickly and deal with the issue immediately. We would definitely want to stay here again should we come back to Iloilo.

The place is nice, clean, and as described. The host is very responsive. I would consider staying at Margaret’s place whenever I am at Bacolod.

The unit is what they described and showed in the photos. it's surprisingly immaculate and the view outside the balcony is a bonus when you wake up in the morning. Great location and a lot of accessible restaurants, fast foods and Robinson supermarket is just next to the building. All the host are all very helpful and responsive with my queries. It was a last minute booking for us and luckily the unit is available the next day with no issue at all. Highly recommended when you visit Cebu for a couple of days or even a week.

Had a great stay-Mary Grace is a fantastic hostess-very responsive and helpful. The place is a real vibe-exposed brick, great layout and nice furnishings make it very homey. Highly recommended!

I give more than 5 stars, as I give kudos to Ms Sheila as she never fails to impress and give excellent customer service 24/7 The place is such a cozy sophisticated spot to stay as it gives a home warmth vibe that makes you feel at ease. At the same time giving my unwavering gratification to Ms Sheila the owner as she is hands on and responsive. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends !

It was already my 3rd time staying at Irene's place and it never disappoints. Near everything,has big and safe parking area, unit was clean, you can watch netflix all day, and Ms. Irene was very accomodating and friendly.

Host is very responsive and even let us check in 2hrs before the check in time. The condo itself feels very safe and staff were very friendly, it also has large pool to relax and the Location is very accessible if you want to commute using public transportations. The Unit itself is very clean, bed is very comfy, living room is spacious enough and very comfy, best one for us is that the unit is on the 14th floor with a balcony and has the best relaxing clear view of the pool and the city. We checked so many places but my partner and I both agreed that this one has the greatest value. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope that this place will be still be vacant when we comeback here to visit.

The place is very homey. You can find everything that you need in the kitchen. Sir Manuel is very responsive in all my queries. The place is also near and accessible. There is a parking space with minimal fee. The place is clean and quiet. We also enjoy the big tv with netflix. Wifi connection is also in great speed. No problem with our stay. Definitely will book again in our future stay. Thank you.

Loved my stay here! This Airbnb is spacious, cute, and comes with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the honesty store was a brilliant touch (and much needed with no close convenience store!). Felt very safe as a solo female. Super comfy and fast internet. Only minor downside was some hallway noise. Highly recommend for a comfy and convenient stay!

Jizza was very accommodating. This is my favorite place to stay at in IT Park. Will definitely book this place again for all my business trips.

The unit was as described and very cozy. Comfortable bed and good location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I had an issue that she helped me work out and was very accommodating with. I would stay here again but the neighbours were extremely noisy, so keep that in mind. Nothing the host can do about that though.

The place matched the description well. Clean beddings, a lovely infinity pool, and free parking which was super convenient. However, during the night, there was noticeable “thug thug” music, likely from a nearby bar, which might bother light sleepers. The host took some time to reply, possibly due to being busy, but overall the stay was decent. Would recommend for those who don’t mind a bit of nighttime noise.

Grace was very nice and helpful. She even got me a surprise cake. I really appreciate her since I told her it’s our (my partner and I) first time in Iloilo for my birthday and when I opened the fridge when I got in, I saw this cake and it tasted very good! The place was good and there were a LOT OF AMENITIES! Saved her place on bookmarks for my next Iloilo trip and will definitely recommend her! Thanks, Grace! Till next time. 💚

Place is neat and classy for its price. Everything is provided; bathroom toiletries and hygiene kits, complimentary snacks, and cooking appliances. There are many establishments nearby and walkable.

My friends and I had a great time at Lenlen's place. Literally what you see in the picture is what you get. Lenlen was also very responsive and prompt in answering our questions. Highly recommended.
