This place is very nice and the photos were accurate. The lifts were not crowded and never waited for more than two or three minutes. Robinsons is 5 min walk away and there a many food places nearby. There were a few roaches in the kitchen however there was also a notice from the building management stating pest control will be done mid September. Cons: The internet speed was so slow, however, I booked knowing this and I used my mobile data as I was WFH the whole time. Has a rain shower and would come to a trickle when the toilet is flushed Pros: This place is 5 star except the above Nice view Secure, manned by security and reception Walkable to shops Washing machine and dryer both worked extra towels, sheets, linen Travel power strips all around the apartment, already plugged in ready to use, you don't need adapters Will definitely recommend this place and stay again.

Stayed for about a week at Amy's place and had a great experience. Our host, Pearlie, was very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. The location was phenomenal as it was right at the heart of Cebu. The ground floor had many shopping options, and other services to help make your stay more enjoyable. Overall, we would be happy to stay here again!

The PLDT internet connection slowed down to 0.3 Mbps for two days in 7 weeks. But that wasn't Shahana's fault obviously. She an Penly were very responsive and available! Can recommend.

Pros: Great location. Walkable to resturants like McDonald's, Jolibee & Chowking. The building also had a place for currency exchange. Great space for family. Cons: Could not use the stove top. Even with the manual, I could not get it to turn on. A/C needs to be cleaned. Overall, for the price and the location, I would definitly book this place again in the future.

From the minute I walked through the door I had a feeling that I was going to enjoy staying here, and I did! Clean, spacious rooms, plenty of draw space for clothes, with extra bedding provided. Having a washing machine and dryer was great to use, and cooking facilities were all that you needed. 2 tv's , 1 in living area and 1 in bedroom. Bathroom was spotless and all worked well. I had one minor problem which was nothing to do with the apartment, and John and partner were so helpful, thank you if you're worried about the paying up front for electric, don't be, I used less than I thought I might have, and the balance was refunded straight way. thank you for a lovely stay John, I certainly recommend staying here to anyone.

Fast connection, table and chair available for working, clean room and cr, nice water pressure, quiet location, free breakfast, accommodating hosts---Worth every penny and more! Only flaw is that the aircon took quite a while to cool the room down due to the hot weather outside but it was cold naman afterwards. Other than that it was great!

Ms. Lolita’s place is great. She had multiple units in the area so we did not have problem booking for quite a number of guests. Her place is clean and homey. The host is very kind and you can easily contact her if you have concerns. Our group definitely had a pleasant stay at her place.

Great stay, we could have had the room early. The host is responsive and friendly. Room was clean and well appointed for 4 people.
