Holiday rentals with breakfast in Negros

The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

Roberto was fantastic—allowing us an early check-in made a huge difference for our large group with staggered flight times. It gave us a chance to settle in comfortably and even host a mini conference on the second floor. The amenities were on point too; everything worked perfectly from the water supply to the bidets. Plus, having Yuki around—a friendly and helpful pup—was a delightful bonus. The staff went the extra mile by assisting with meal orders and setting up plates and utensils. Highly recommend this stay!

We knew very quickly upon arrival we would want to book a another month, which we did. The place is clean and safe. Priorities for us. The best part though is the on-site staff who really care for the space and for us. We felt at home right away. If something needs tending to they respond immediately and kindly. I work remotely and I've been able to keep things rolling despite being half way around the world from my office. Highly highly recommend staying here if you want a safe, clean and friendly experience.

The place is awesome and the host is nice. I just would like to make some suggestion for updating some information on your listing like having corkage for bringing drinks but everything was so great staying on this place. Looking forward to stay again here. Thank you!

We rented the whole house for a family event. It was perfect for our needs. Lorna and Allen were very, very friendly and helpful. The salon downstairs was definitely a plus. The location is ideal, it is close to Chicken Haus and just across a mall. Another plus is it is close to the airport. I definitely recommend this place!

This place is scenic, great view of the beach and the island across. The house is super clean with four bedrooms - each with own t/b. Clean sheets and towels are provided. Even the kitchen is fully equipped. The House of Nature is indeed a wonderful place to stay. For me, this place is a SUPERHOST. To Ms Emie, daghang salamat Ma’am.. My family and I had a great time in your place. ❤️🙏🏻

Had a great stay with my friends. The staffs and ower are very welcoming and accomodating. Their breakfast is also good. We love their little buddy Max, so cute

Very convenient location for the ferry. The apartment was immaculate, and we were met by Angelie’s mother and brother which was highly appreciated as we arrived quite late at night. Angelie’s brother assisted us with transport to the ferry the next morning.

The host and their family were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Would certainly recommend staying there :)

The villa has a typical Filipino flavor and is located in the villa area north of Duma City, just a stone's throw away from the host's sister Wang's residence.Sister Wang's hospitality and understanding makes people feel at home, but also has a lot of worries about traveling abroad. That's what you mean by peace of mind and joy.

Excellent Stay and place was good, shower hose may need a change, as it was too powerful as other modes did not work, and Television signal was a bit off, but rest all good, and good service provided by all staff, thank you!

I would recommend staying at this place. The host is accommodating. The room is newly renovated and has everything you need. Aircon is working great. The neighbourhood is quiet. Everything is good except the network is not stable but I believe it's a common problem in the Philippines. The host helped me organise my daily transport around which helped me a lot. Thank you Prescy and Nilda for making it a pleasant stay!

Brenda and Monet are an incredibly accommodating and warm couple. She took care of everything for me before arrival and caused me to arrive safely and experience all my activities. There was even a delicious traditional lunch from her. In front of the house, 5 meters away is a small stretch of beach. Monet, her husband used to go fishing a lot and has some stories to tell. Would come back there anytime. Hopefully that will come true!! The space was great, of course. But despite their great location and cozy behind the great presence of the great hosts. ❤️ Thank you for everything!! 🙏

Staying at Anj's place at Balai Lawaan was such a respite for the soul. It's easily accessible via Grab or taxi-- a little further away from the city center, but worth the extra few minutes of travel. We slept so soundly each night, it was actually hard to wake up! Slow mornings with a hearty balanced breakfast on the garden terrace, basking in the morning sun, and the having coffee while taking in the calming sound of wind chimes in the garden-- such a slice of paradise. Anj was an amazing host and her staff was truly very warm. Looking forward to our next stay at Balai Lawaan-- the reviews were right, it's truly a home away from home.

This is my second time to stay at Richie Joy's place and like before, it's the best! Second to None!! I felt at home and was very comfortable! The room was clean and tidy, the hot shower was refreshing, and the air conditioning unit was perfect! My beddings and towels were replaced regularly or as needed with no questions asked! The front desk staff's were very attentive and always asking if I needed their assistance. They were always willing and able to assist in any way they can. If and when I get hungry, and ordered my meal from a set menu, my hot meal is prepared in 30 minutes! I highly recommend Philippa's B&B Pension House hosted by Richie Joy!! As far as I am concerned, Richie Joy is the best AirBnB Host ever!! "I'll be back"! Vincent~~~

Tita Carmela is a great host, she is very accommodating and very engaging to her guests. She would even greet us personally upon arrival even late already and would engage with us and share about the history of their ancestral home. Food is superb! Ancestral vibe is also the dominant feel, a very unique experience for someone who wants to have a short break from a city life. Over all, highly recommended to visit again and for friends!

We had a great time with my family. Tingko beach is just below the resort, a minute walk. The place is serene with a beautiful view of the sea. Room is clean, breakfast is superb and Host is very responsive all the way. The crew is excellent. Very approachable and kind. Definitely will comeback and that time it will be for longer stay.🥹👍🏞️ Very worth it!!
