Great place to stay for long stays. Very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Valencia is at a higher altitude then Dumaguete, providing cooler temperatures. Thank you to Dan and Melania and their staff for providing a great place to stay.

My family and I loved our stay at this residence. It is conveniently located on a main road leading to the town of Isabela, but at a perfect walking distance from the town itself (5 mins. or so), affording us privacy to enjoy the home and backyard without curious eyes trying to peek in. We felt very safe in this home. My wife is from Isabela, and this home was the perfect match for us. She hadn't been back home in over 5.5 years, and our only purpose was to stay local so that my in-laws and wife's extended family could finally meet our children. This was definitely small town living at its best, without lacking any of life's comforts. Thank you Renie for having us over. Also, a special thanks to the two local ladies who made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely be staying at this residence again on our next trip to Isabela!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing. It’s a bit of a drive from the city, so having a car is definitely recommended, but the peaceful surroundings made it worth it. Kenneth was a great host—friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet and cozy getaway.

Very nice welcome and very nice apartment

The host was absolutely lovely 🥰 I’ve felt very welcome. I’ve stayed for a month. Place was clean and cosy. Fast internet with no issues. Very peaceful location, a bit out of centre but tricycles were easy enough to catch. I definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay in crowded, busy hotels.

My parents had a wonderful experience staying at Douglas place! they are extremely comfortably throughout their entire month long stay. the apartment is fully equipped with everything needed, making it feel like a home away from home. the location is perfect, within walking distance to plaza where they could early pick up family supplies. Douglas and Ariel were fantastic hosts-- very responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. they made sure my parents had everything they needed and were always available to assist with anything. there were absolutely no issues during they stay, and everything went smoothly. we would definitely rebook this place if needed. highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well- managed stay!

Very clean and nice place, easy to check in.

We had a lovely stay at Rizl's condo. The place was clean comfortable and cozy. Felt like a home away from home. The condo was really nice with a pool and a gym and the mall that just opened had some great options for food, and actually a great place to get our haircut! Rizyl was super responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. We definitely would recommend staying here if your in the area :)

I desired a complete rental that would eliminate any concerns over the need to obtain additional items. Doris provided a spectacular unit that included everything that was required!

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

I and my family had a pleasant stay at Cecil’s place. It is very accessible to a lot of spots like restaurants, the Boulevard, and the port. The unit is very spacious for a family with toddlers. It has all the necessary things you need and more for a comfy stay. I also love that it has 3 bathrooms for a big family like ours. I would like to commend the caretaker, manong Julz, as well because he seemed very welcoming. The contact person, Mitos, was very responsive to our texts. We had stayed here twice already and would love to stay again next time we visit Dumaguete.

I have stayed in so many Airbnb's over the last few years around the Philippines and only some of them stand out to me in terms of the overall experience and this was one of the top notch experiences without a doubt, the host is extremely on the ball with making sure your experience is perfect With great communication quick to reply just wanting to make sure you have a good experience. Coupled with the unit itself which is spotless, comfortable and has everything you need. I'm big on having a comfortable bed and I've been getting incredible sleep here. I love when an Airbnb just does all the little things right it makes you want to keep coming back to that place, this is definitely one of them I highly recommend!

It's the second time I've stayed in Jo's place and I felt appreciated and if I had any problems on where she was she let me check in early because my flight was early you know I couldn't be more pleased with the way you treated me

Great stay in a lovely apartment. Good location and with nice swimming pool and gym. Vince's communication was great and the few minor issues I had during my stay were sorted quickly and with no problems. I'd definitely stay again. The only minor downside is that the air conditioning is a little old and noisy.

Excellent condo in an excellent building! Location is solid for area amenities and the hosts were very cool too. Having access to a parking space was a big help too! Will definitely book again!!

I had a fantastic stay at Hanz's apartment! The space is lovely, featuring a big TV and very efficient air conditioning that kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and having a washing machine is a great bonus. Check-in was seamless, and I noticed significant improvements in security compared to my previous stays—there were no delays this time at all. Compared to other similar units I've rented, this place is a real bargain. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
