Die Wohnung ist mit seinem kleinen, gemütlichen Schlafzimmer (140x200cm Bett) für zwei Personen gedacht. Eine weitere Person, bzw. zwei Kinder können auf einem Schlafsofa (120x200cm) untergebracht werden. Hinweis: Seid ihr zu zweit und braucht ein Kingsize Bett (180x200cm), dann schaut gern auch in unserem Phantastischen Atelier ganz in der Nähe vorbei:

The 1-room basement apartment (45 sqm) is located in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. In just 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful Lüneburg city center by car. If you don't want to drive, bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. There is a well-equipped kitchen and under the walnut tree you can linger and relax on a 20 sqm terrace with a grill.
