Apartment holiday rentals in Neepsend

Our third stay at Laura’s basement flat and definitely won’t be our last! Perfect location for bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the city centre. Parking for just £1.50 and Laura leaves the permit in the flat for you. No issues at all with parking but the added assurance that Laura will move her car for you if needed takes away any stress beforehand. Laura is extremely responsive to messages. We also appreciate that despite it being a bank holiday and a big gig in the city the prices weren’t bumped up and this was still a bargain stay! As others say there’s steps and low ceilings but this is clear in the listing and we’ve never found it a problem. Thank you!

The apartment was exactly as described with most of the amenities you could need for a long term stay. Looked well taken care of and was generally clean upon arrival. The location was great and I didn't encounter any problems with external noise - you do hear noise from the corridors such as doors opening/closing although this is largely to be expected. There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom, not sure if this is down to the drains or the ventilation system not working correctly (it didn't seem to be doing anything). The hot water appeared slightly cloudy and white, but likely due to hard water. Lots of storage space, fully equipped kitchen with many appliances and lots of counter space. Many power outlets around the room which was very useful. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any questions I had, and the checkin/checkout process was very quick. Overall great value for money and would highly recommend.

I had a great stay at Bailey Fields in Sheffield. The location was incredibly convenient—close to the university, city centre, shops, and public transport, making it easy to get around. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend your place to my friends!

Very spacious and comfortable flat with some excellent views of nearby river and hills. Very convenient to grocery and public transport. With windows on both sides, the flat was light-filled and the breezes were refreshing. Bath and kitchen were very large compared with other airbnb's at the same price. The kitchen had all that was necessary for most types of food preparation and cooking. I would definitely stay at Jonathan's flat again.

Perfect spacious studio! The neighbourhood is excellent, cute shops and cafés, bus stops just minutes away. And Elisabeth was so helpful with local recommendations.

Great place to stay, nice and quiet, everything in the flat is fresh and well kept. Marta gave very clear instructions, very friendly and always responded very quickly. Never an issue parking

The accom itself is great, everything you need for a nice nights stay and it's location is perfect for going to some great restaurants and pubs all walking distance. Just looks a little rough from the outside and parking isn't ideal. Otherwise it's well worth the money!

Accommodation was as described with all mod cons. Particularly appreciative of the tea & coffee included, having an available washing machine, and a large fan - as it was quite warm in the flat during June. A second fan might be helpful, as did have to keep moving it from the bedroom to the lounge and back again. It was easy to find, with helpful check-in instructions provided, and there was always parking available just outside. Was good value for money and suitable for two people to stay comfortably. Great location for the Universities, and local attractions. Only thing was the check out time was initially stated as 12pm, but then later as 10am but with an additional fee for up to 12 pm. 10am was fine if known in advance, but some of the Airbnb communication was still coming through as it being 12 pm - this might need updating.

Fantastic apartment for the price. It's quite a walk from the train station, but perfect for my daughter and her friend to check-out Sheffield. Very responsive and helpful host, would definitely use again :-)

Great place to stay in Sheffield. 20 min walk into the city centre but only 5 mins to a couple of local independent coffee shops! Flat is quiet and very well maintained. Excellent parking!

Jack's place was as advertised. We only stopped for one night and it was ideally located for meeting up with our friends.

Great location, clean and easy to get too

The location was perfect for us. It was very quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive and helpful. The flat was a good size and ideal for two couples. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you would need to be comfortable. The parking was a big bonus.

The stay was brilliant—the apartment is wonderful and everything we needed. We had a little trouble finding the place and parking isn’t available, but these weren’t major issues and we’d happily return! :)

I usually stay in hotels when attending business meetings with my employees, but a friend recommended trying Airbnb. I decided to give it a shot, and I was not disappointed. This was my first time using Airbnb as a guest, and I was amazed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. The host was very clear, respectful, and communicative. When I asked for local food recommendations, he suggested some good spots, which was incredibly helpful since I was in a hurry and had little time to explore Sheffield during my short stay. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment in Sheffield over the weekend. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee/tea. The location was perfect — close to great cafes and easy access to the city centre. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in was straightforward. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sheffield!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location and building wasn’t what we expected but still felt nice and private once inside. Room looks exactly like the pics. The hosts were really attentive and got back to me very quickly with any questions I had. Definitely recommend here for someone to stay the night.

Exactly as described. The flat was very comfortable and clean and we have a great stay. They hot tub was a highlight but it did get dirty towards the end of our stay, probably because everyone in the building was using it, it it didn’t bother us at all. We would 100% stay there again, great value for money in a great location.
