If you are in need of the extra bed, please inform me before your stay, there will be an additional charge of £50. The flat is located between Kelham Island and the City Centre with just a 13 minute walk to the Train Station. Student Only Studio Near City Centre

The apartment was exactly as described with most of the amenities you could need for a long term stay. Looked well taken care of and was generally clean upon arrival. The location was great and I didn't encounter any problems with external noise - you do hear noise from the corridors such as doors opening/closing although this is largely to be expected. There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom, not sure if this is down to the drains or the ventilation system not working correctly (it didn't seem to be doing anything). The hot water appeared slightly cloudy and white, but likely due to hard water. Lots of storage space, fully equipped kitchen with many appliances and lots of counter space. Many power outlets around the room which was very useful. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any questions I had, and the checkin/checkout process was very quick. Overall great value for money and would highly recommend.

Stacey's place was fabulous. Spotless & beautifully decorated. Beds were comfy & ensuite bathrooms worked great for the group. Easy to find & walkable to the centre, shops & bars. Handy supermarket at the end of the road too. We would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Sheffield with friends or family. A wonderful weekend was had by all.
