Newly renovated apartment of 60 sqm located in idyllic Strømsbubukt only 7-8 min walk along the water to the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the 1st floor of the house. Small boat harbour nearby, garden on the front of the house. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wi-Fi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Close to the city center, cozy and peaceful accommodation with a central location. Nice view over Grimstad and the archipelago. It is within walking distance down to Grimstad city center. Grimstad is a nice southern town with cozy streets and several dining places. There is a short distance to beautiful beaches at Groos and Fevik. Short distance to the public transport, with frequent departures to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is a 30-minute drive to the zoo in Kristiansand.

On the first floor, located in a quiet area with houses and neighbors. Fully furnished with a nice outside area. 5 km from the city center, the bus stop is close by. The apartment is your perfect home for either a workstay or a vacation. Safe, quiet, and friendly area. Suitable for children. The sun comes at sunrise in the kitchen, and it is lovely to enjoy your morning coffee outside. Free parking. If you are travelling with children, we are 40 minutes from Dyreparken in Kr.Sand.

Enjoy the sea view in a fully equipped nice apartment near Arendal city center, and 5 min walking distance from the railway station. The place is suitable for two people, with the possibility of two extra beds on the sofa bed in the living room (1.40). The city park with bathing jetty, volleyball and skateboard track is nearby. Bakery, seafood and grocery store are nearby. It is about an 8 min walk along the jetty to many tempting outdoor restaurants in Arendal city center.

Sjarmerende leilighet til leie i en rolig og vakker oase i hjertet av Grimstad. Leiligheten har åpen kjøkkenløsning, en sovealkove med dobbeltseng og en dobbel sovesofa i stuen. Tilgang til privat innendørs svømmebasseng. Parkering i parkeringshus tvers over gaten. Leiligheten har vært utleid tidligere gjennom annen bruker på Airbnb. Anmeldelsene kunne dessverre ikke følge med flytting til ny bruker, og er derfor lagt ut under "Husmanual", til info.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Homborsund by the sea, close to the Zoo

Small apartment above double garage rented in idyllic Homborsund Near the lake and about 25 minutes to the Zoo. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hobs.) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed. In addition, two sleeping berths. Pitch with barbecue and large outdoor area. Basically accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Annex - with terrace and access to jetty -VOI

VOI El-sparkesykkel has a range to the city centre. Apartment w/terrace and sea view. Designated garden and jetty can be used for swimming and sunbathing to the right of the boathouse when you look from the house. Quiet area, swimming areas nearby. Short distance to the bus and store. About 4.5 km to the city Equipped with all you need when you are on a trip. Ideal, if you need a little more space than in a hotel room

The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building by the sea in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with a new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the living room there is both a seating area and a dining area. It is possible to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/shore is agreed with the host.

A cosy and comfortable cabin, set in a rural surrounding but just 6 km to the center of Arendal where you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and ferries to the nearby islands. 1 km to nearest shop and local cafe’ and just 35 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo or 45 minutes to Kjevik airport. 20 minutes to Grimstad. The cabin comes with parking and a private patio plus bed linen and towels.
