In our detached house, we rent our modern studio. The studio is located on the 1st floor, has its own entrance and is completely separate from our living area, except for the common staircase. We attach great importance to sustainability and heat our own home with geothermal energy and generate electricity with our PV system. Experience the special feeling of starting the day with a good conscience. Right next to the house entrance is there is a free parking space.

In just 13 minutes, you can take the PostBus to the nearest ski resort. Beautiful hikes can be made from the front door. Our region offers ideal conditions for skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking and much more. The Wolzenalp/Krummenau ski resort is only 400 meters from the apartment. The Wolzenalp has plenty to offer in summer and winter. Various lifts take you to the ski slopes in winter. The chairlift gives you convenient access to our sports and recreation area – especially in summer. The popular hiking trail "Thurweg" runs right behind the chalet.
