The apartment is on the ground floor (without threshold) with a separate entrance, private bathroom & kitchen. The idyllic Flühmatt farm is located at 850 meters above sea level nestled in the hilly landscape at the gateway to the Emmental. The region is ideally suited for hikes to the Ahorn, the Hinterarni or the Napf region. The popular Heart Route leads cyclists just a few meters past the house. In winter, the region is recommended for snowshoe tours or sledding fun. I look forward to your visit!

In's schöne Zofiger-Städtli sind es mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten. Zofingen liegt sehr zentral! Du hast mit dem Auto nach Zürich, Bern oder Basel maximal 1 Stunde.

Der grosse Aussenbereich kann mitbenutzt werden. Die südliche Ausrichtung der Wohnung besticht mit ihrer wunderbaren Besonnung. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig. Die Ausstattung inkl. Bettinhalt ist neu angeschafft worden.

The well-kept, small apartment with garden view is located in the rear part of the owner's house. The separate entrance is only accessible via several steps. From the seating area outside the apartment, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the landscape/Pilatus. One parking space is available in front of the house. Many great hiking and biking trails in nature await you . You can also reach by train with good connections..... Lucerne,Entlebuch,Berne,Zurich,Basel and many more.
