Benefits from stunning views over the Afan Valley and located on the Afan Forest Park's low level cycle route 'Y Rheilffordd' (railway in welsh) which runs along the base of the valley. This is a great trail for families with picnic and refreshment stops along the 36km trail. 'Y Rheilffordd' gives easy access to 6 world class trails as well as Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre, Glyncorrwg Visitor Centre and Afan Bike Park.

A bespoke detached house, with lovely amenity areas including a porch, bandstand and elevated barn to relax by the wood burning stove. Set on the edge of the Gnoll Estate close to Neath town centre with convenient access to the M4, less than a 10 min walk to the train station and close to the Gower Coast. There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.
