Dimitris is an excellent host. He gives recommendations for various attractions you can find on the island and he’s always available for anything you might need. The flat was luxurious and sparkling clean. The best feature was definitely the balcony with an excellent view of the sea and the horizon. 5 stars!

We had a very nice stay here for a few days. The location is pretty good - 10 mins walk to the lovely mostly sandy beach with a friendly beachside taverna. Everything else is a drive but lovely Gythio is only a few minutes drive away. Great location to access the Mani and ancient sites. The apartment was very nice. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable. Plenty of room to sleep and balconies on 3 sides for cooling breezes. Erini was very responsive and made us feel welcome to stay. Good clear instructions on how to find it and work everything.

We stayed at Niki's for a week in September. The accommodation is very welcoming, cared for, has everything you need... even more. Niki came to wait for us at the port and made herself available for any need but without being intrusive. What can I say... we had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Fantastic experience. House over the top: large, full of everything: two bathroom brand new, large bads, snaks, drinks, soaps, cosmetics: really impressive, 5 stars host. The house was thebest there is in Potamos and thebest thing we have stayed in general. Impeccable communication and full of amenities. We were 5 people and we were all completely satisfied. Sunday and her parents were very discreet and at the same time very helpful so it needed anything. The location is perfect, 3 minutes from the center of Potamos but without being noisy. Totally value for money! When we meet again in Kythira, we will definitely come back to River's House!!!

The villa we stayed (Paleokastro) in was just perfect. Lovely and peaceful view of the lush garden and sea in the distance from a spacious veranda. Zhulieta who manages the property could not have been more helpful with local recommendations and her cheerful personality added to us feeling welcome. The unit is fully equipped and they provided us with a welcome package of cake, coffee pods, wine and apricots from the garden. The Cocomat bedding was excellent for a good nights sleep. Well located to explore the island and close to the beach and dining options in Avlemonas. We highly recommend this for a wonderful stay in charming Kythira.

The beach house is absolutely beautiful and the location couldn't be any better! We were 2 adults 3 children (under 6) the house allowed enough room with the back yard to not feel to small. The back yard is massive with space to sit, BBQ and for the kids to play. The only thing I would like to say is that all of the rooms are completely separate with their own external doors. This meant we had to split and sleep in separate rooms with the children to avoid them escaping. The beach is perfect and the only sandy one on the island. The sea is shallow and wave free for the kids to play all day long. We loved it and there is nothing that even comes close to it on the island Thank you!

Wonderful relaxing stay in charming Avlemonos. Great local bar behind the rental with the best cocktails. You could not hear it with the doors closed. Our host Aristea was charming and quick to respond. Toiletries provided along with a welcoming liquor. My one small objection was discovering neighbours to our left which do not appear in the photos. The front balcony could be made private with a few well placed shades. Loungers would be welcome too.

Andreas' home is really very nice. Renovated with great care and attention to the materials used, the division of spaces, the decoration and the objects available to guests. Very pleasant to spend time in the house, everything is in the right place. The outdoor terraces are very nice, where it would be advisable to add at least a couple of sun loungers or deck chairs. The internal staircase has no railing and for those like us who had a small child, it can be a limitation. The location is a bit isolated, but pleasant and quiet. Being in the center of the island, it is relatively easy to reach both the north and south coasts. Well-stocked kitchen and convenient to use.

Orion Maison is the perfect spot to stay in Gytheio. The 3 bedroom apartment is clean and modern with a balcony and a wonderful rooftop patio. It is centrally located with all your needs within a short walk. Morning cafe in the square, grocery store, taxi station, waterfront and so many choices for food and drink I couldn’t even count. Gytheio is a lovely slice of Greece life we will definitely be back.

Our stay with Georgia in Gytheio was one of our favorite parts of the trip. Georgia came down to greet us as we checked in and gave us some great restaurant and beach recommendations. The apartment was very clean and well-furnished, and we especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We would absolutely reccomend Georgia’s AirBnB.

This is a great place to stay to visit Monemvasia- perfect location! The beach is right near the house, and the causeway walk to the island is a minute walk away. We appreciated how spacious this home was. We were a group of 4, and there was plenty of room, with a large living space and 2 full bedrooms. The modern decorations feel updated and clean.

The hosts were very polite and nice. They were very quick to respond to every question and sent helpful information. The apartment condition was just great, everything modern and clean. Nesspresso coffee maker & coffee capsule, milk frother make delicious coffee. Very convenient with the dishwasher and washing machine with dryer. Basic ingredients for cooking were provided such as olive oil, salt, pepper. Street parking was very easy. The city center is within walking distance. We were all very satisfied and will recommend or come back.
